It tends to be a bit quieter on here than on some other forums Robert, and a lot of people are happy to view photos without commenting on them. You've got some nice ones there though, particularly that one of the Chiappa organ around fourth from the bottom. I believe this used to be known as the showboat organ and was owned by a Mr Hadfield, although I've never got to see it in the flesh, Nice shot of the ex-Bourgade Gavioli in France too. Never seen this one in the flesh either and the last I heard it was still packed away in a museum warehouse awaiting restoration, so I won't hold my breath. The picture above it is interesting too, partly for the spelling error. Surely that should be "SyMphonique", not "SyNphonique, unless they know something I don't |
